ESSA Announces its Highest Ever Dividend

(“ESSA”), a publicly listed company engaged in the Energy and Chemical sectors through its LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) refinery and Ammonia plant, today approved its highest ever dividend of IDR 45 per share (ESSA nominal share price is IDR 10 per share) amounting to IDR 775.2 billion.

This decision was made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held today.

The dividend has been announced following record earnings in 2022, riding on excellent operations and favorable market conditions. ESSA had reported Revenue of USD 731 million (up by 141% YoY) & EBITDA of USD 354 million (up by 161% YoY) in the consolidated financial statements for year 2022.
